These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Bhaggo Oi platform — including both the website (bhaggooi.biz) and the mobile app. In this document, "we" or "Bhaggo Oi" refers to the company operating the platform, and "member" or "you" refers to any registered user.

Bhaggo Oi operates under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations. By accessing the platform from Bangladesh, you automatically agree to all stated terms.

The following requirements must be met to register with Bhaggo Oi:

Bhaggo Oi may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• Upon detection of suspicious activity for security reasons
• At Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to closure. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable policy.
